Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, design, test, and characterize new isolation products.
  • •Carry out R&D programs with cross-functional teams to develop and perform product validation.
  • •Initiate and carry out engineering programs to improve manufacturing yield, quality, and reliability.
  • •Perform product yield analyses and failure investigations of device issues.
  • •Support isolation product development for automotive and industrial applications.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree, Masters or PhD in Electrical/Electronics/Computer engineering with 7+ years of experience in semiconductor R&D product development
  • •Strong expertise in analog design, opto-electronics design, and/or power MOSFET design
  • •Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional team environments
  • •Technical engineering skills in semiconductor product characterization, yield analysis and improvement, bench test setup, and ATE testing
  • •Experience with statistical analysis tools for volume data analysis and semiconductor physical failure analysis
