Protect and monitor the Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia facility to ensure the safety and well-being of customers, visitors, and staff. Observe and report activity, control access, inspect guests to prevent weapons and harmful items, and respond promptly to disturbances, intrusions, fires, and health/safety incidents. Provide guest assistance and escorts, maintain accurate duty and visitor logs, and coordinate with police, fire, and emergency medical personnel as needed.
