Key Responsibilities

  • •Observe and report all activity in assigned areas and maintain legible, accurate duty and visitor logs.
  • •Control access of employees and visitors, checking guest identification and inspecting every guest to prevent weapons or harmful items.
  • •Respond promptly to disturbances and safety/security incidents (intrusion, fire, and health/safety-related issues) and enforce emergency procedures.
  • •Provide guest assistance and directions, and escort venue entertainment/officials transporting.
  • •Coordinate with police, fire, and emergency medical personnel and communicate clearly using radios, hand signals, and flashlights.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in live event security, military, police, law enforcement, general security, or a peace officer position.
  • •Valid work cards required.
  • •Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and policy documents and converse comfortably with customers in English.
  • •Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
