Job Summary

Join Salesforce as a 6-month contract Sales Recruiter supporting a high-volume Go-To-Market team. You’ll own end-to-end recruiting from sourcing to offers, in a fast-paced, ambiguity-filled environment. This hybrid role requires in-office collaboration at least 3 days/week in Toronto, and hands-on use of Workday ATS, Slack, GoodTime and Google to move talent quickly.

Key Responsibilities

•Source, recruit, and hire high-caliber sales professionals specifically for our fast-paced Go-To-Market teams.
•Navigate ambiguity and turn abstract hiring needs into structured talent pipelines in a fluid environment.
•Build a strategic sourcing partnership with our Talent Attraction team to drive candidates to multiple open opportunities.
•Forge strong relationships with Sales leadership, serving as a trusted talent advisor throughout the process and providing constructive feedback.
•Partner with internal departments (Finance, Legal, etc.) to smoothly drive the recruiting process, negotiate offers and onboard new hires.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house), with a proven track record in a fast-paced Sales or GTM recruiting environment.
•Ability to work from the local office a minimum of 3 days a week.
•Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to shifting priorities, and excel in a highly fluid, 'grey area' corporate landscape.
•Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors using advanced direct-sourcing and interviewing techniques.
•Familiarity with technology/SaaS markets and the ability to articulate the Agentic Enterprise value proposition and story to candidates.
•Strong communication skills with the ability to cold-call, build relationships over the phone, and influence senior hiring managers and executives.
•Ability to successfully deliver on deadlines and flawlessly execute in a high-volume, high-velocity environment.
•Proficiency with Workday ATS, Slack, GoodTime and Google preferred.
