•Plan and execute online marketing campaigns under broad supervision.
•Own specialty areas such as email marketing, PPC ads, and/or SEO as needed.
•Lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, Merchandising, and Technology to implement marketing campaigns.
•Resolve varied, non-routine issues by using prior experience and conducting analysis and investigation.
•Manage accountability for meeting own targets and coordinate/impact work of junior team members, including own cost/profitability impact.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
•3–5 years of related experience preferred in a substantially similar industry.
•Strong written and oral communication skills.
•Proficient PC skills.
•Ability to determine and adapt course of action based on guidelines and company policies, practices, and procedures.
