Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience in mechanical design of HVAC systems for buildings.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required due to government clients.
  • •Full understanding and ability to complete and coordinate project design assignments and review team member work for quality.
  • •Knowledge of building HVAC systems design, including chilled water, hot water, condenser water, steam, and air-side systems.
  • •Experience with Autodesk Revit and/or IES Virtual Environment for HVAC load calculations and building energy modeling (or CDS Trace 700).
