Lead a globally scoped field enablement function, owning the enablement strategy and execution for Contentsquare's global field teams. Direct a team of Enablement Business Partners, drive Command of the Message adoption across Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success, and partner with GTM, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Product to design scalable programs that boost productivity and revenue in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the global Field Readiness strategy, ensuring enablement programs are tied to GTM priorities and measurable business outcomes
•Lead and develop a global team of Enablement Professionals, fostering high performance and accountability
•Serve as a strategic advisor to GTM, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Product leadership
•Own the Command of the Message (CoM) program across the GTM field, driving proficiency and accountability
•Design and deliver a range of enablement programs (trainings, content, tools, coaching) to improve field performance

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in sales enablement with a proven track record of building and executing global enablement strategies, programs and content
•Deep knowledge of Command of the Message (CoM) or equivalent value-based selling methodology, with the ability to coach and certify others
•Proven ability to lead, develop and retain a high-performing team of enablement professionals
•Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior GTM leaders around enablement priorities and outcomes
•Strong RevOps fluency: comfort with Salesforce reporting, pipeline data, and cross-functional partnership with Revenue Operations
