Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with private clients using a plan-based approach to financial advice. Assess client needs, gather and document data, and recommend financial wellness solutions by delivering and referring investment and insurance products. Prospect and grow a referral pipeline through internal/external centers of influence, deepen relationships with branch partners, and help support branch operations while ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and supporting clients’ day-to-day, professional, and financial needs.
•Listen for financial wellness opportunities, provide customized recommendations, and deliver or refer investment and insurance products.
•Build and document a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal and external centers of influence.
•Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products/services and competitive offerings to conduct meaningful financial wellness conversations.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including documentation of client interactions and supporting teller-line transactions as needed.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED (or equivalent experience).
•Experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Ability to build rapport quickly and demonstrate interpersonal interaction skills.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing).
