Key Responsibilities

  • •Summarize trust documents, update key trust aspects, and make recommendations to support Trust Officers
  • •Read trust documents to identify administrative exceptions and/or errors for correction or escalation
  • •Support client-facing teams (Trust Officers, Trust Administrative Officers, and other fiduciary officers) on trust and estate administrative work
  • •Prepare correspondence letters for clients and BAU/customized reports for US-based executives
  • •Actively participate in process improvement/operational initiatives while ensuring quality and timeliness

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate or postgraduate in Law
  • •0–3 years prior experience in Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) or a law firm
  • •Knowledge of Wealth Management, preferably Trust Operations
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • •Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel knowledge essential
