Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise day-to-day operations of the department and support staff with daily clerical tasks.
  • •Answer phone calls, provide information, and redirect callers as needed; ensure office supplies and equipment are maintained.
  • •Plan, schedule, and promote office events including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
  • •Provide administrative support to executive staff and senior leaders, including meeting support and minute/action-item recording and distribution.
  • •Maintain accurate policy and procedure documentation, support HSE initiatives and incident reporting, and manage leadership reporting updates (weekly/monthly).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant working experience, plus 2 years where GCC experience is a plus.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • •Excellent oral and written English skills.
  • •High proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and other computer office applications, with strong time management and multi-tasking.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills; also strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
