Key Responsibilities

  • •Grow and manage local Binance communities through online and offline engagement.
  • •Moderate regional social media and chat groups to increase followers and positive engagement.
  • •Organize community-friendly events and meet-ups, from ideation to execution, including developer campaigns like hackathons and workshops.
  • •Create, translate, and proofread localized content for the regional community and users.
  • •Build partnerships with regional developer communities, universities, blockchain associations, KOLs, and support Binance Angels initiatives and volunteer recruiting/onboarding.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with a marketing major.
  • •Exposure to digital marketing planning and execution, preferably in crypto exchanges/fintech/eCommerce/tech/gaming and B2C environments.
  • •Knowledge of crypto and blockchain technology and the Binance ecosystem; experience in similar marketing/growth roles is strongly preferred.
  • •Excellent organization and time management, with comfort working across time zones and multiple projects.
  • •Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
