Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver professional, high-quality technical company secretarial and statutory guidance to internal partners and clients (traditional/listed funds and fiduciary clients).
  • •Manage a large portfolio of private equity and fiduciary clients’ statutory and governance requirements.
  • •Maintain corporate records and statutory books, prepare registers of members, directors and secretaries, and ensure amendments are made and requests processed timely.
  • •Arrange execution of entity documentation (board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, share transfers, etc.).
  • •Liaise with external directors, chairpersons, relationship managers and client service delivery managers; support department strategic projects and annual statutory initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Working towards the CGI Level 4 Certificate in International Finance & Administration (or similar - desirable).
  • •Good attention to detail.
  • •Good interpersonal skills to develop close relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts.
  • •Effective written and verbal English communication.
  • •Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and MS Teams) and related PDF tools.
