Job Function: Construction, Civil & Site Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Direct and supervise day-to-day operations of sub-contractors, ensuring adherence to common operational procedures.
•Ensure material requisitions are issued in adequate time to achieve the Target Programme.
•Inspect sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards and enforce site safety rules.
•Supervise and instruct the team as well as subcontractors, coordinating across multiple teams.
•Coordinate safety training and enforce safe work practices in conjunction with the Environmental Safety and Health Supervisor.

Key Requirements

•Diploma in engineering or related technical field; minimum 8 years of working experience with at least 5 years in relevant construction roles, GCC experience is a plus
•Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and safety procedures; ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills preferred
•Experience supervising construction projects and coordinating multiple teams and subcontractors; ability to manage safety training and enforce site rules
•Knowledge of foundation work, concrete forming, masonry, carpentry, bricklaying, piping, and shuttering, with exposure to excavation and dewatering
•Proven ability to coordinate with various teams, manage material requisitions, and participate in claim resolutions and project planning
