Automotive Accounting Specialist

Own the accounts payable process for the Avondale dealership, serving as the main contact for vendor invoicing and payment. Review and process invoices, perform aging exception analysis, and handle bank reconciliations. Support monthly close by preparing adjusting journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, and analyzing expense variances. Produce month-end work papers and assist with quarterly and annual audits while completing required SOX controls.
