Contract Claims Manager based in Baltimore, MD to support the BPTR program and other projects. •Draft claim response letters, requests for cost proposals and other correspondence items.
•Obtain SME and COTR approvals on draft correspondence; lead change approval process through governance steps.

Salary: USD 140,000 - 182,272 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, Law or equivalent, and 10 years of related work experience or equivalent experience/education with 2 years of leadership;
•Preferred: 15 years of related work experience;
•Experience in transit/infrastructure projects in design, construction or commissioning phases;
•Experience in construction or engineering management, P6 Scheduling, budget management and/or commercial acumen;
•Certifications such as CCM, PMP, or PSP;
