Job Summary

Support financial operations for Telemundo’s Daily Shows & Specials portfolio within Content Finance. Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to drive monthly close, forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and operational finance analysis. Manage and enhance the BPC Financial Planning system, provide accounts payable finance support, and deliver dashboards and executive presentations that translate spend and variance into actionable insights for production leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Support monthly close including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis, and management reporting.
•Build and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, estimates, and long-range planning models.
•Administer BPC Financial Planning including data uploads, reporting, enhancements, and process testing.
•Serve as primary finance contact for accounts payable activities including vendor onboarding, payment processing, and invoice management.
•Monitor actual vs. budgeted spend and prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and recurring financial reports for business decision-making.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting.
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
•Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong MS Office skills.
•Experience with financial/accounting software (SAP and BPC preferred).
•Proficiency in verbal Spanish language.
