Senior Principal Payment Industry Relations Manager

Help shape Capital One’s Global Payment Network (GPN) participation in payments and digital identity industry associations. You’ll represent GPN at senior levels, influence global payment specifications and standards, and provide internal thought leadership on emerging technologies like agentic commerce. Partner with senior peers in a consensus-driven environment and communicate key industry developments to internal stakeholders, while advocating for the Industry Relations team’s value across the organization.
