Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent the Capital One Global Payment Network (GPN) at senior levels within payments, digital identity, and emerging technology industry associations.
  • •Contribute to development of global payment specifications and advocate GPN’s position in standards and industry initiatives.
  • •Surface and facilitate internal discussions on key industry developments to help shape the network’s point of view.
  • •Communicate industry developments effectively to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • •Act as an internal advocate for the Industry Relations team by proactively identifying opportunities to demonstrate value across the organization.

Salary: USD 161,500 - 202,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 5 years of experience working in e-commerce, authentication, or digital identity product development.
  • •A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • •6+ years of experience developing standards focused on e-commerce technologies.
