Job Summary

Teach homeroom students in an inspiring, inclusive way that enables independence and supports maximum progress. Plan and deliver engaging curriculum lessons, create a positive learning environment, and motivate pupils through imaginative teaching. Key Responsibilities

•Deliver inspiring homeroom lessons that help students succeed and achieve best-possible outcomes.
•Organize classroom provision and learning resources, create engaging displays, and plan sessions for the full ability range.
•Assess and record student development in line with school assessments, using Target Tracker to guide planning and intervention.
•Manage classroom behaviour according to school policy and maintain positive relationships with pupils.
•Collaborate with colleagues and curriculum support staff, communicate with parents/carers on progress and well-being, and support school events and weekly ECA each term.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification.
•Minimum 1–2 years teaching experience.
•Experience working with students for whom English is not their first language.
•Strong commitment to teaching and educating the whole child, with professionalism and attention to children’s well-being.
•A clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check, and the ability to reside in the same Emirate as the school assigned.
