Job Summary

Investigate and protect clients from Account Takeover (ATO) and Identity fraud by evaluating alerts, verifying identities, and assembling digital evidence. Remediate compromised accounts using industry best practices, then guide impacted clients through recovery with empathy and urgency. Manage multiple investigations while maintaining case-closure SLAs and participate in weekly calibration sessions to identify emerging ATO trends and stay ahead of fraudsters.

•Investigate suspected ATO and identity fraud cases by evaluating alerts, verifying identities, and analyzing digital footprints.
•Secure and remediate compromised accounts quickly to stop fraudulent activity and apply industry best practices.
•Communicate directly with clients about compromised accounts and guide them through recovery with empathy and urgency.
•Manage multiple ongoing investigations while meeting case-closure Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
•Participate in weekly calibration sessions to share findings and identify new ATO trends.

•Attention to detail and ability to spot anomalies and piece together how bad actors gained access.
