Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently lead day-to-day execution of assigned cross-functional programs and workstreams, maintaining outcomes, plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, actions, and decisions.
  • •Keep work moving from alignment through implementation by resolving issues and escalating when broader decisions or senior alignment are required.
  • •Build trusted relationships across technical and non-technical teams, clarify roles/decision paths, and ensure stakeholders have context and visibility.
  • •Maintain lightweight roadmaps, trackers, and reliable sources of truth to make progress, ownership, priorities, dependencies, and risks visible.
  • •Apply business analysis and data skills to clarify requirements, map processes, define metrics/reporting, and support continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,200 - 170,610 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in program management, project management, operations, business analysis, or a related role with cross-functional delivery responsibilities.
  • •Ability to drive cross-functional work from planning through execution, including managing milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and follow-through.
  • •Strong program management judgment and independence, with the ability to maintain momentum and escalate appropriately.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • •Business analysis and analytical/data skills, including defining meaningful metrics and creating dashboards or reporting; experience using Airtable and responsible use of AI tools.
