Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain the electroplating process, including chemical dosing, inspections, water replenishment, filter changes, loading/unloading, and 5S activities.
  • •Support sample development by recording process parameters and reporting results to engineers.
  • •Report production progress and problems promptly to the department supervisor and follow assigned tasks.
  • •Assist in resolving electroplating production-site abnormal issues to keep operations running normally.
  • •Assist in optimizing the production line process to improve yield and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary vocational/technical school, high school or above education.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in electroplating roles in the manufacturing industry.
  • •Familiar with hot-dip electroplating processes including barrel plating for zinc (Zn), zinc-nickel (Zn-Ni), and zinc-iron (Zn-Fe).
  • •Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001, QC080000, and HSF-related requirements.
  • •Ability to follow supervisors’ instructions and report production-related issues appropriately.
