Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for post-trade processing applications (middle-office, back-office, settlements).
  • •Handle incident/problem/service requests from business users, working with SMEs to drive resolutions.
  • •Implement monitoring, perform application and system monitoring, and proactively identify risks impacting business operations.
  • •Manage change and release management services, including coordination to maintain service quality and application availability.
  • •Perform fail-over and disaster recovery activities, support incident triage and root-cause analysis, and maintain operational documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in Production Support / DevOps / SRE.
  • •Hands-on experience with AWS and Snowflake.
  • •Working knowledge of RDBMS including Oracle, MS SQL Server, and Sybase.
  • •Experience with batch job schedulers such as TWS and Autosys.
  • •Proficiency in scripting with Python and supporting Windows and UNIX environments.
