Job Summary

Road Safety Auditor to join WSP’s Liveable Places team in London, working on a pipeline of road safety projects across London and the South-East with hybrid in-office/onsite/home working. You’ll undertake road safety audits, analyse collision data, help design safe road schemes, manage project deliverables, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to advance Vision Zero initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Undertake Road Safety Audits as a Team Member.
•Work on Vision Zero/ Road Safety projects, including analysis of collision data and designing road safety schemes, and delivering strategies and action plans based on the Safe System approach.
•Prepare reports, sketches, schedules and other documents in accordance with local procedures and guidance.
•Manage project finances, programmes and deliverables.
•Work in collaboration with clients and other teams at WSP.

Key Requirements

•Qualified Road Safety Auditor, in accordance with DMRB GG 119.
•Experience in road safety, mitigation of issues, and collision data analysis.
•Understanding of Vision Zero and the Safe System approach.
•Experience in managing projects, including financial aspects, and mentoring junior colleagues.
•Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
