Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • •15 years of project scheduling experience, including large construction projects.
  • •Experience managing complex, multi-phase construction projects with workforce planning, resource allocation, and budget integration.
  • •Experience with Earned Value Management and schedule risk analysis.
  • •Experience integrating subcontractor and vendor schedules into a master schedule.
