PMO Master Scheduler

Develop and maintain owner-controlled integrated master schedules for the Design & Construction PMO Major Construction Team. Build WBS structures and integrate supply chain/procurement timelines, while coordinating resource planning and using predictive scheduling to forecast milestones. Perform critical path, Earned Schedule (ES), and Schedule Performance Index (SPI) analysis for Earned Value-based duration forecasts. Support risk/change management through schedule updates, reporting dashboards, and compliance-ready documentation, including generative scheduling tool implementation.
