Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise personnel and oversee production workflow, safety, and quality during shift operations
  • •Operate all stations of the work center to support employee training and troubleshooting
  • •Ensure employees are instructed on proper safety procedures and wear correct safety equipment
  • •Assist the Production Manager with production line personnel, workflow, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
  • •Complete shift meetings, production reports (including back orders and hot items), and help with monthly safety training for shift personnel
