Senior Product Research Manager, Core Seller Experience

Lead and mentor a team of UX researchers for the Core Seller Experience organization, translating deep customer understanding into product strategy. Partner closely with product, design, analytics, and engineering to shape long- and short-term research strategy, manage a research portfolio across generative and evaluative methods, and communicate findings so sellers’ needs drive decisions at scale.
