Key Responsibilities

  • •Own growth funnel metrics end to end and drive measurable improvement across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
  • •Identify highest-leverage opportunities and turn them into experiments shipped with growth engineering.
  • •Design, run, and read growth experiments and act on the results.
  • •Build the instrumentation, metrics, and agents the growth team runs on.
  • •Shape the growth data function as the first data scientist.

Key Requirements

  • •Own funnel outcomes across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion by finding levers, running experiments, and driving the metric.
  • •Strong instinct for what drives acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
  • •Strong SQL and Python skills, applied statistics, and experience with heavy experimentation (A/B and growth tests).
  • •Comfort shipping fast with directional reads, and knowing when rigor matters.
  • •Entrepreneurial and autonomous—excited to be first in seat and shape how growth data works.
