Job Summary

Design, develop, and support enterprise robotic process automation (RPA) solutions for banking processes across consumer, commercial, and private lines. Work end-to-end from requirements and process maps to solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Build reusable UiPath components and intelligent document processing (IDP) workflows, integrate APIs and services (including Azure), and maintain documentation using Confluence while executing Agile/Scrum delivery tracked in Jira.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise RPA solutions for the Robotics Process Automation team.
•Plan, analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions that improve process optimization and operational efficiency across banking business lines.
•Collaborate with consultants, analysts, and SMEs to gather requirements, understand process maps, and define automation use cases.
•Translate requirements into PDD/SDD and test scripts using Task Mining, Microsoft Visio, Lucid, and Confluence.
•Develop and maintain UiPath-based automations (including IDP and API integrations), migrate legacy automations from Blue Prism, and support production operations with Orchestrator.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or related field.
•3 years of experience as a Process Automation Developer/Intelligent Automation Developer/RPA Developer or related role.
•Experience automating business processes with UiPath to deliver process optimization value.
•End-to-end RPA lifecycle experience: identify opportunities, gather requirements, implement, test, and deploy automations using UiPath.
•Hands-on building/testing of UiPath solutions (unit/integration testing) and post-implementation monitoring using UiPath Orchestrator and UiPath Studio.
