Key Responsibilities

  • •Own major company-wide deal strategy and commercial operations initiatives, including Lead-to-Cash transformations and pricing/packaging GTM changes.
  • •Streamline control processes, workflows, and systems across the deal lifecycle to improve accuracy, consistency, and speed.
  • •Implement complex pricing changes and GTM models in partnership with Product, BizTech, and Support teams.
  • •Identify and deploy AI tools and intelligent workflows to optimize deal approval and reduce friction in the sales cycle.
  • •Define and monitor KPIs, build executive decision-support narratives using data modeling, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree required.
  • •10+ years of enterprise software experience, strongly preferred CRM application or sales/marketing/channel operations experience.

  • •Strong analytical background with Tableau and SQL experience desired; ability to define and monitor KPIs.
