•Manage the full lifecycle of EHS training content, including review, record-keeping, and compliance.
•Maintain and update the company-wide EHS training matrix and ensure required compliance training is assigned and completed accurately.
•Serve as the gatekeeper for EHS content in Samsung U by evaluating course alignment with EHS guidelines and processing assignment changes.
•Own EHS compliance training metrics for Tier 1, tracking completion rates by department and course and driving improvement initiatives.
•Develop SAS ALL Quarterly EHS training content as needed, support instructor-led training scheduling, and maintain the quarterly training request log and budget.
