Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and resolve clients' DevOps challenges, earning their trust and appreciation
  • •Guide development teams to deliver projects and help the organization sustain ongoing project success
  • •Understand business requirements and architect/implement solutions by combining Red Hat and partner cloud/DevOps offerings
  • •Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product Engineering, Business Development, Consulting, Support, Sales) to deliver excellent customer experiences
  • •Play a critical role in crafting technology roadmaps and being a trusted advisor to clients

Key Requirements

  • •Strong software engineering experience with Web services, mission-critical systems, CI/CD requirements definition, design, implementation, and operations
  • •Experience using Generative AI in development and operations
  • •Led engineers or technical consultants to tackle and resolve technical challenges for their organization or clients
  • •Teaching/coaching experience for developers and teams, and driving development organization/process transformation
  • •Consulting skills: logical thinking, problem solving, analysis, documentation, presentation, facilitation, negotiation
