Job Summary

Maintain and repair production equipment to keep lines running reliably. Complete daily preventive maintenance, inspect and test machinery, diagnose issues by listening for abnormal sounds, and install repaired/new parts. Perform cleaning and lubrication, support production and quality teams, and follow GMP, Safety rules (including Lockout/Tagout), and ISO 14001 procedures in a plant environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete all assigned daily PMs.
•Ensure production lines are in good mechanical order.
•Set up, visually inspect, and test machinery and equipment.
•Dismantle defective machines/equipment and install new or repaired parts; diagnose problems to repair equipment.
•Follow GMP and safety practices (including Lockout/Tagout) and ISO 14001 procedures.

Salary: USD 25.7 - 33.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•1+ years of related experience/training in industrial mechanical maintenance or food manufacturing maintenance; or 4 years’ direct experience in industrial mechanical maintenance or food manufacturing maintenance.
•High school diploma or GED; vocational/technical diploma or associate degree in a technical maintenance/vocational program (preferred).
•Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with all levels and outside contractors.
•Ability to operate a forklift, genie lift, scissor lift, or other powered industrial trucks (PIT).
•Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; read and execute work orders and translate equipment manuals.
