Create personalized in-store and phone customer experiences that drive brand loyalty for the UGG store team. Stay current on product, promotions, and marketing initiatives, communicate sustainability and ethical commitments, and ensure customer questions are handled accurately (including returns policy). Lead by example with service training, a positive attitude, and brand image—while also operating the cash register, managing inventory, merchandising to Visual Merchandising standards, and supporting a respectful workplace.
