Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply the group maintenance policy and contribute to its evolution in terms of reliability, quality and safety
  • •Direct supervision of the technical maintenance team (1 person) including activity coaching, intervention supervision and time tracking
  • •Supervision of subcontractors (car and bus) for pneumatics, glazing, subcontracted mechanical and bodywork
  • •Monitor and ensure conformity of bus and coach fleets
  • •Develop the workshop using Lean Management methods such as 5S and coordinate with the operations team on vehicle immobilizations

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Bac+2 (BTS Maintenance des véhicules industriels ou équivalent) or Bac Pro with relevant experience
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance of industrial vehicles

  • •Team spirit, autonomy, versatility, good organization and managerial skills
  • •Experience in managing an workshop and leading a small team
