Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all facets of cost management for single real estate projects throughout planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Develop and present budgets for pre bid and pre-construction cost estimating and cost planning services after assessing project scope.
  • •Coordinate with project teams to source and oversee pre-bid and pre-construction services for budget and cost plan development.
  • •Ensure all work is funded in compliance with the client’s internal policies and include lease-related language for landlord contributions.
  • •Review bid responses and provide recommendations on allowances, contingencies, and reserves.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, equivalent experience considered.
  • •Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources.
  • •Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • •Strong organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset and solid mathematical abilities.
