Key Responsibilities

  • •Examine unprepared scrap to ensure conformance with company specifications and cut scrap when needed.
  • •Maintain a torching/fire-control environment and seek assistance when initial efforts fail.
  • •Detect faulty equipment or defective materials and notify supervisors to ensure repair.
  • •Support internal control responsibilities and communicate upward operational or policy violations.
