•Oversee day-to-day interfaces with external service providers (hard and soft services) to maintain service levels and promote regional standards.
•Ensure hard services maintenance requirements (PPM, breakdown, statutory systems) are managed and maintained appropriately.
•Ensure site security, safety processes (evacuations, safety notices, risk assessments), permit-to-work adherence, and support audits/continuous improvement.
