Solutions Architect Manager

Lead and manage solutions architects within Red Hat’s Sales and Solutions Architect Management team across designated verticals. Guide presales technical strategy and ensure solutions architects meet organizational goals while partnering with Sales, Consulting, Engineering, and Support to achieve company-wide sales objectives. Coach and develop the team, oversee account success plan quality, and resolve complex adoption, coverage, and integration challenges. Drive pipeline performance using regional metrics and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
