Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the main point of contact between the company and government departments and ministries.
  • •Manage visas, work permits, iqamas, and other employee immigration documentation processes.
  • •Prepare, submit, and track applications for renewals and cancellations of official company documents (Commercial Registration, business licences, chamber of commerce certificates).
  • •Monitor changes in Saudi laws, regulations, and government policies and advise management on compliance impacts.
  • •Manage government online portals and represent the company at government offices and official proceedings.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a Government Relations Officer or Public Relations Officer (PRO) in Saudi Arabia.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi labour, immigration, and corporate laws and regulations.
  • •Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional networks.
  • •Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
