•Build and scale full-stack features across mobile, web, and desktop applications with a focus on performance and reliability.
•Translate clinician workflows and lab data into intuitive, consumer-grade UX, and implement secure APIs and data models.
•Contribute across the stack from UI to backend design, schema modeling, and infrastructure debugging.
•Collaborate on shared UI and backend standards, evolve the component library, and improve test coverage.
•Ship and debug code in production with ownership and accountability, participating in thoughtful code reviews.

Key Requirements

•3–6 years of product engineering experience with strong ownership across the stack
•3+ years of React/Next.js experience; ability to build clean, high-performing interfaces from Figma with motion and UX polish

•Pragmatic about tech debt and infra — you ship, own, and debug your code in production
•Strong startup instincts: velocity, clarity, and thoughtful code reviews over process-heavy ceremonies
