Key Responsibilities

  • •Load and unload grain products and agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks using appropriate machinery and equipment.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and operating load-out equipment and functions.
  • •Control and monitor load-out functions and understand/operate automated scale/dump systems.
  • •Perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance tasks and inspect equipment for leaks or issues; keep areas clean and safe.
  • •Maintain inventory quality by monitoring products and properly recording required daily/weekly/monthly information; respond to complaints and report safety or repair needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Must meet minimum age requirement.
  • •1+ years of experience in operations and/or business operations.
  • •Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred; CDL license (with Hazmat endorsement) and forklift certification preferred.
