  • •Oversee preventative maintenance services, inspections, and quality performance of equipment mechanics and service personnel.
  • •Schedule repairs for customer and company-owned rental equipment and maintain efficient service methods.
  • •Train, develop, and appraise team members while maintaining a safe work environment.
  • •Maintain customer relationships by promptly resolving inquiries, requests, complaints, and improving response and delivery times.
  • •Develop service standards and procedures, create reports for senior management, and support commercial contractor/developer contract development.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent and a valid Driver’s License.
  • •Extensive experience repairing and maintaining self-propelled platforms and lifts.
  • •Knowledge of work planning and scheduling, supervisory activities, and planning/management.
  • •Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and safety requirements, with clear perspective on maintenance and repair issues.
  • •Ideally 3 years of maintenance and service experience, plus computer literacy and reporting experience.
