Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute high-impact technical and administrative PMO tasks such as feasibility analyses, technical documentation, change order reviews, and risk registers.
  • •Review engineering designs, feasibility studies, and technical specifications to ensure alignment with goals and international compliance standards.
  • •Coordinate across Project Managers, engineering disciplines, and external contractors to streamline communication and accelerate problem-solving.
  • •Monitor and report progress on assigned action items, using PMO tools to track task status, resource constraints, and potential blockers.
  • •Collaborate with end users and internal stakeholders on technical requirements and keep up to date on installation status, ensuring reporting complies with corporate and state security regulations.
