Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement machine learning models to personalise user recommendations while optimising for performance, engagement and conversion in gaming user acquisition.
•Build and optimise incentive structures to motivate and retain users and improve in-app ROAS.
•Collaborate with data analytics and engineering to improve data structures, visibility, and traceability.
•Establish technical best practices for the team, including documentation, data product ownership, measurement plans, and experimentation frameworks.
•Define and help implement KPIs that align team output with business goals and ensure every model, dashboard, and analysis has a clear purpose.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 140,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong experience building and deploying machine learning models in a product-driven environment (ideally Gaming, AdTech, gambling or user-incentive systems).
•Deep statistical and modelling knowledge for complex experimentation design, uplift modelling and causal impact estimation of counterfactual outcomes.
•Strong understanding of data engineering workflows and modern data stack tools (e.g., DBT, Airflow, Kubernetes).
•Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and Terraform.
•Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive clarity, create structure, and bring stakeholders on board.
