Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide independent oversight and effective challenge of GenAI/LLM and advanced ML models across the enterprise.
  • •Participate in GenAI model risk reviews covering objectives, design/architecture, training data and prompt assumptions, performance/monitoring, and control mechanisms.
  • •Execute model risk testing, documentation reviews, and evidence assessment aligned with MRMG standards.
  • •Conduct AI/ML and GenAI research to support MRMG guidance, standards, and validation approaches while staying current on regulatory developments.

Key Requirements

  • •MBA or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, AI/ML, Generative AI, or a related quantitative field.
  • •0–2 years of experience in analytics, data science, model development, validation, or big-data workstreams.
  • •Exposure to AI/ML model development, testing, or validation through professional experience, projects, or internships (preferred).
  • •Hands-on experience with at least one of Python, PySpark, R, or SQL.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured-thinking skills, with clear written and verbal communication to explain results to diverse audiences.
