Serve as a trusted advisor to an existing portfolio of institutional customers, partnering with schools to adopt, expand, and maximize digital learning solutions. Build relationships through consultative account management, run sales demos for CIMA and ExamReady, and identify digital conversion opportunities tied to print renewals. Monitor usage and risk signals, drive quarterly expansion through check-ins and assessments, and hand off converted accounts to Customer Success.
