Job Summary

The Senior Product Sourcing Engineer leads strategic supply-network development and cost management for Anduril’s product hardware across lifecycles. You’ll collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing, own supplier selection and cost-out activities, drive BOM maturation and CAPEX for NPIs, and optimize lead times and supplier rationalization in a high-tech defense environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct supplier selection for a specific product, leveraging our approved supplier list.
•Partner with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development via concept scoping, trade-off analyses, should-cost/clean-sheet models, joint design development with clear statements of work, and simulation of mechanical and electronics designs.
•Drive the development and consolidation of a manufacturing BOM, collaborating with Quality & Manufacturing to ramp production with high flexibility.
•Manage the CAPEX throughout NPI.
•Conduct value-stream mapping to optimize supply network lead time and flexibility.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 126,000 - 167,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
•8+ years of experience in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement and development, or design of electronics and/or mechanical devices.
•Domain expertise of value/procurement engineering or TCO-related work at the component & product level.
•Ability to travel 10% - 40% of the time.
•Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Atlanta, GA.
