Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform detailed visual inspection of painted vehicle bodies under defined lighting conditions and identify paint defects.
  • •Classify defects by severity and required repair method, and mark repair areas according to standard procedures.
  • •Execute spot sanding, polishing, and buffing using approved abrasives, compounds, pads, and tools within defined repair limits and SOPs.
  • •Verify repaired areas meet quality requirements and escalate defects beyond repair capability to Team Leader or Quality.
  • •Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements, maintain accurate repair records, and support appearance audits, defect prevention, and continuous improvement.
