Inspect painted vehicle bodies after clearcoat, identify and classify paint defects, and execute spot sanding, polishing, and buffing within defined repair limits. Ensure repaired areas match original finish for first-pass yield and OEM appearance standards. Support appearance audits, maintain accurate repair records, follow safety procedures with required PPE and chemical handling, and contribute to defect-prevention and continuous improvement while meeting takt time and repair targets.
