Job Function: Quality & Regulatory (Non-Software)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and improve quality and reliability for products out of Fab, including wafer level reliability sampling for outgoing quality control.
  • •Collect wafer level reliability data, manage reliability scorecards, and drive fab activities to improve reliability performance for continuous improvement.
  • •Ensure key reliability and quality indicators are in place and meeting goals (OQRM, Probe, Parametric, Inline metrics).
  • •Act as Fab representative to respond to and drive resolution for customer issues/RMA; support risk assessment for excursion materials and MRB process management.
  • •Lead or participate in site quality programs and defense line initiatives; manage follow-on qualification activities during HVM and coordinate with global teams on milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics, Microelectronics, Material Science, Physics, or Applied Science.
  • •Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) to all levels.
  • •Proven ability to multi-task complex projects and drive them to completion.
  • •Good understanding of CMOS device physics; knowledge of NAND device operations is an added advantage.
