Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in M&A, corporate development, private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance, ideally within wealth management or regulated financial services.
  • •Proven track record originating, structuring, negotiating, and executing successful transactions.
  • •Strong understanding of the UK wealth management market, including adviser businesses, consolidators, recurring revenue models, and AUM-driven economics.
  • •Ability to assess opportunities from both strategic and commercial lenses, supported by financial analysis and valuation expertise.
