Job Summary

Support the Corporate & Investment Banking GNI Industry Coverage team by analyzing financial statements, building financial spreads, and preparing credit approval memos for underwriting opportunities. Assist with diligence preparation, create pitch books and executive summaries, and monitor transactions from prospecting through closing. Participate in client calls with Senior Bankers, maintain Salesforce records, and support portfolio reviews and credit projects while coaching junior analysts.

•Create pitch books and executive summaries; participate in client/prospect calls by taking notes and maintaining Salesforce records.
•Support portfolio managers with quarterly portfolio reviews, the closing process, credit projects, and coaching junior analysts.

Key Requirements

•1.5 to 2.5 years of experience in banking, with commercial banking preferred.
•Knowledge and application of credit underwriting, including cash flow models, financial spreads, and credit packages.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and critical thinking.
•Experience producing reports and presentations using Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
